Membership Conditions

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have full civil capacity and good conduct
Must not be a member of another political party
Must pay membership dues per the internal regulations
Must obtain a membership card signed by the branch secretary and treasurer

Member Rights

Fair treatment and full equality with all members
Progression through responsibilities within party bodies
Eligibility to run in various electoral consultations

Member Duties

Good conduct, sound ethics, and a democratic spirit
Full commitment to the party's program and statutes
Discipline regarding the party's decisions and political positions

Disciplinary Safeguards

Progressive sanctions: notice, warning, reprimand, expulsion
The Arbitration Committee rules on each case individually
Right to resign guaranteed at any time, in writing
All efforts are exhausted before accepting any resignation or expulsion
